Account Deletion Information

When you delete your EliteSweet account, the following data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered:

Data that will be deleted:

• Profile information (name, bio, preferences)
• All photos and media you uploaded
• Moments / timeline posts
• Search history and preferences
• Login tokens and active sessions

Data that will be retained for a limited period:

• Chat message history — retained for up to 90 days for safety and fraud prevention, then permanently deleted
• Payment and transaction records — retained as required by applicable financial regulations and tax laws

Estimated deletion timeline:

Your account and associated data will be deleted immediately upon confirmation. Retained data (as noted above) will be fully purged within 90 days.
